The Dropped Objects Prevention Lanyard provides a break load of 818 kg (1803 lbs), safe work load of 164 kg (361 lbs) – test report DNVGL & ABS available upon request. An average overhead light fixture used on board offshore platforms weighs about 20 kg (44 lbs).
